Rainbow Park Elementary School/North Center for the Expressive Arts has a rich history and a long tradition of excellence. We are a multicultural population consisting of approximately 400 plus students. We are referred to by many as Miami Gardens’ best kept secret. Our staff diligently works as a TEAM to provide our students with the best educational opportunities. Our EXPRESSIVE ARTS MAGNET PROGRAM infused with Science will allow our students the opportunity to actively engage in a rigorous academic curriculum. To assist in maximizing students’ academic potential, tutorial services are provided as supplemental resources before, after and during school. Additionally, students in grades 3 through 5 are provided with an academically enriched Saturday School Program that promotes their growth and achievement while further preparing them for the Florida Comprehensive Assessment Test (FCAT). Our ultimate goal at Rainbow Park is to create life-long learners in a growing multicultural and technological society. We realize in order for students to become life-long learners, the learning environment must be supported in the home. We encourage parental participation and are committed to promoting positive growth academically, socially and emotionally to all of our students. Collectively, the students, parents and administration of Rainbow Park Elementary School/North Center for the Expressive Arts will continue its tradition of EXCELLENCE.
